Fevia Lab is a versatile, accredited top laboratory in Vaasa, operating regionally, nationally and in Europe in three languages. We perform analysis on animal feed, slaughter by-products and on other raw materials used in feed production. In addition, we examine salmonella on animal stool samples and on environmental hygiene samples.

We have operated as a feed laboratory for over 50 years. Our laboratory operations are governed by a quality system, which guarantees reliable test results. We serve our customers quickly and flexibly with our knowledgeable team being the great strength of the business.

About us

During 2021, Fevia Lab analyzed approximately 1,000 samples in the chemical department and around 7,000 analyses were performed in the microbiological department. Fevia Lab is a top laboratory located in Vaasa. Our laboratory operations are guided by a quality management system that guarantees high-quality and reliable analytical results. The Finnish Accreditation Service (FINAS) has granted our testing laboratory (T074) the accreditation (accreditation requirement SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025).

Fevia Lab started operations as early as in 1966 in Vantaa. The laboratory’s operations were moved to Ostrobothnia in 1975 and for the past 22 years Fevia Lab has been located in Runsor in Vaasa.
